Job summary

Domino India, a fully owned subsidiary of Domino Printing Sciences, Cambridge, UK, seeks a field service engineer to perform onsite service and maintenance of Domino printers at customer sites across the region. The role involves travel, hands-on installation, and ensuring maximum uptime with proactive customer support.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with 60% marks, 1–3 years' experience, and is willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with at least 60% marks and 1–3 years of experience.
• Should own a vehicle for business travel.
• Age not more than 27 years at the time of application.
• Sound mental and physical health with no history of serious illness.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Ability to write service reports in English.
• Fluency in local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service and customer support for Domino printers at customer sites.
• Study different packaging machines and assess site readiness for printer installation.
• Conduct onsite (online) printer trials.
• Install and maintain Domino products to maximize printer uptime.
• Meet service and spares budget for the assigned geographical territory.
