Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a service-oriented engineer to support COMO products and service contracts in the Philippines. The role includes managing projects, performing CBM and vibration analysis, and delivering on-site mechanical services with strict adherence to safety standards.

Candidates should have strong English communication, 2+ years in customer management, and the ability to work in a matrix organization. Training and global collaboration with SKF teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ service experience with customer management and business development process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of machines; on-site safety; diagnose problems; communicate value to customers.
• Ability to follow standards.
• Basic mechanical engineering foundation.
• Vibration Analysis experience is an advantage.
• Experience in cement, mining, oil & gas, power, or manufacturing industries.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Team player in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of safety aspects and ability to perform technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and profitable management of COMO products and service contracts in the Philippines.
• Execute Online System Projects per service standards (IMX systems, offline products); ensure delivery in time, cost and quality.
• Execute, monitor and control CBM services per standards; vibration analysis and diagnostics by on-site technician; include PdM programmes and related tests.
• Perform Mechanical services per standards (measurement, alignment, balancing, machining, mounting/dismounting, lubrication).
• Use CMMS schedule/planning modules (SAP/Service Max).
• Conduct Smart Start product training and aftersales support.
• Prepare and submit weekly customer visit plans and follow-up activity reports.
• Assist in handling and tracking quality-related issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with SKF ISEA and global teams to share best practices.
