Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and reporting of action details
• Solving of quality problems and proposal of improvements
• Creation of proposals and execution of raising operation rate
• Project/cost profit control
• Formulation and execution and follow-up of the productivity enhancement plan
• Control of the costs of services and parts; control of the proposals on the annual budget; formulation and execution of the cost, external expenditures, purchased materials, products, affiliate/subcontractor costs, etc.
• Formulation and execution of the plan to automate/computerize the logistic processes
• Procurement of products
• Settle technical issue and after-sales follow up
• Quality improvement
• Surveys technological trends in market and information control (survey on the technological trends of rivals)
• Improvement of current products
• Control of the acquisition of technical information
• Work related to all logistic including inspection and packing
• Request for quotation on purchased/processed parts and outsourced assembly; study of quotations, negotiations on prices and decision on order price
• Delivery control, receiving and inspection of purchased parts and unit processed goods
• Control of purchasing molding die parts and spare
• Special orders from the Vice President and/or President
• Overseas work eligibility and relocation considerations as required

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ ECE) or equivalent
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position
• Open-minded and good team player
• With good oral and written communication skills (proficient in English, verbally and in writing); ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
• Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems independently
• Has strong technical, analytical, and development skills
• Has extensive knowledge on Semiconductor
• Knowledgeable on various technologies such as mechanical, electrical, electronics, electromechanical, pneumatics, and PLC
• Willing to relocate (if there's a support needed)
