Job summary

JB Elite Corporation in Carmona, Cavite is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients’ engineering equipment. This full-time role requires regular travel to customer sites within the region.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair diverse equipment, train customers on proper use, document service activities, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
1–3 years of field service experience or similar role.
Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of engineering equipment and systems.
Provide technical guidance and training to customers on proper use and maintenance of our products.
Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and implement improvements.
Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
