Job summary

JB Elite Corporation in Carmona, Cavite is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients’ engineering equipment. This full-time role requires regular travel to customer sites within the region.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair diverse equipment, train customers on proper use, document service activities, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• 1–3 years of field service experience or similar role.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

About the role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' engineering equipment and systems. This is a full-time position based in Carmona Cavite, and will involve regular travel to customer sites within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of engineering equipment and systems
• Providing technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products
• Documenting all service activities and maintaining detailed records
• Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to identify and implement improvements
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical and Mechatronics field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with a variety of engineering equipment and systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site at customer locations
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Experience with SEMICON equipment servicing is an advantage for this role
