Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a Field Salesman (Booking Salesman) in Tacloban City. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to order processing and delivery coordination, ensuring product availability and pricing compliance while driving outlet performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of solid sales experience, preferably in FMCG, and a valid Professional Driver's License. Expect a Monday to Saturday schedule with early start times and field-based

About this Role

This role manages the full sales cycle—prospecting, selling, negotiating, and order taking—while ensuring product availability, pricing compliance, and outlet performance. It also involves securing trade deals, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work Schedule

Qualifications & Competencies Needed

• At least a 2‑year college education in any course (Undergraduate with TOR)

• Preferably with knowledge in Sales

• Minimum of 2 years solid sales experience, ideally in the FMCG industry

• Holder of Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code of A, A1, B, B1 and B2
