Job summary

Brew Master International Incorporated, an exclusive distributor of Asia Brewery Incorporated, seeks a Field Salesman to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to order collection. You will ensure product availability, negotiate trade terms, track KPIs, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements include at least 2 years of solid FMCG sales experience, a valid professional driver’s license with relevant restrictions, and a 2‑year college education (TOR preferred).

Qualifications

• At least a 2‑year college education in any course (Undergraduate with TOR)
• Preferably with knowledge in Sales
• Minimum of 2 years solid sales experience, ideally in the FMCG industry
• Holder of Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code of A, A1, B, B1 and B2

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identify and develop new outlet opportunities
• Negotiation: Secure contracts and establish trade terms
• Development: Drive KPIs and expand product categories
• Administration: Manage work orders and maintain accurate records
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Merchandising: Deploy promotional materials and train outlet owners
• Sales: Monitor inventory levels and boost sales performance
• Order Management: Process orders and handle returns

About this Role
