Job summary

Batzam1 Sales Distribution Corporation is seeking a results-driven Field Salesman in Nueva Ecija to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure in-store visibility through effective merchandising. You will run daily routes on a company motorcycle and meet targets while maintaining timely receivables.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in FMCG sales, a valid motorcycle license, and own bike. This is a full-time, field-based role with incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or related industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and own motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be field-based and proactive.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Field Salesman who will play a key role in driving sales growth, merchandising, and managing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can achieve sales targets, expand business opportunities, ensure timely account receivables, and maintain excellent in-store product visibility. The Salesman will be responsible for conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility, proper placement, and freshness.

• Conduct business development activities to expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.

• Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.

• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industry (preferred but not required).

• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned Motorcycle.
