We are looking for a results-driven Beverage Salesman who will play a key role in driving sales growth, merchandising, and managing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can achieve sales targets, expand business opportunities, ensure timely account receivables, and maintain excellent in-store product visibility. The Salesman will be responsible for conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective order booking and follow-through on delivery.
Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility, proper placement, and freshness.
Conduct business development activities to expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.
Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.
Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long-term relationships.
Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.
At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industry (preferred but not required).
Must have a valid driver's license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned Motorcycle.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
With a proactive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to be field-based.
