Job summary

Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) is seeking a field sales professional to nurture on-premise accounts in Isabela and surrounding areas. You will drive product visibility, manage promotions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock and service levels meet targets.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends to support sales initiatives in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in FMCG/beverage preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Able to travel within assigned areas and hold a valid driver’s license (restriction 1,2 pro) or able to drive L300.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with on-premise clients such as bars, restaurants, and hotels.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability within assigned accounts.
• Execute promotional activities, events, and brand-building initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Achieve sales targets and drive volume growth within assigned territory.
• Conduct regular account visits and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all accounts.
