About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative specialising in Oils and Lubricants to join our sales team. This is a full-time position based in the Bicol Region, where you will be at the forefront of our business growth strategy. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the oils and lubricants sector. T

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the oils and lubricants market in the Bicol Region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers, highlighting competitive advantages
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals and sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, assess their requirements and close sales deals
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts whilst maintaining client relationships
• Track sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to the sales management team
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
• Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events and client meetings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably within the oils, lubricants or related industrial products sector
• Strong understanding of the oils and lubricants industry, including product types, applications and technical specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and present solutions that address their specific requirements
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for field visits across the Bicol Region
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and conduct business
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with the broader sales team
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and established relationships within the Bicol Region would be advantageous
