Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in oils or related industrial products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the oils and lubricants market in the Bicol Region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients, assess requirements, and close deals.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to sales management.
