Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. (FELCO) invites a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Region III in the Philippines. You will build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips to ensure coverage of Aurora, Nueva Vizcaya and Nueva Ecija, meeting sales targets, developing accounts, and promoting FELCO's solutions with a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage.
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon.

• Aurora

• Nueva Vizcaya

• Nueva Ecija

As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
