- Identify New Opportunities: Continuously seek new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers within the territory.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving tire sales, increasing brand penetration, and boosting customer loyalty.
- Market Penetration: Expand Maxxis tire presence in the region by identifying key markets and growing sales in both new and established accounts.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that customers receive timely deliveries and quality service.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

Territory Management:
- Sales Territory Oversight: Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring Maxxis tires are available at key locations and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Monitor Market Conditions: Regularly analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and capture market share.
- Route Planning: Plan efficient travel schedules and routes to maximize the number of customer visits and sales opportunities within the territory.
Educational Requirements:
- Ahigh school diplomais required; however, aBachelor’s degreeinBusiness Administration,Sales,Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Certificationor experience in automotive sales or tire-specific training is a plus.
Experience:
- 2-4 yearsof experience insalesorbusiness development, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
- Experience infield sales, especially within the automotive aftermarket, tire distribution, or related industries, is highly valued.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
