Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting the right tires and automotive products. The role includes providing excellent service, explaining products, and handling manual sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with tire selection based on their vehicle needs
• Recommend appropriate products (tires, batteries, services, etc.)
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Prepare and issue manual receipts accurately
• Handle cash payments and ensure correct change is given
• Record daily sales and transactions properly
• Coordinate with installation team for tire fitting and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High graduate (College level is a plus)
• Experience in retail or automotive sales is an advantage
• If no experience, must be willing to learn and undergo training
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of cars is a plus (but not required)
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented (important for cash handling & receipts)
