Job summary

PayJoy, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for Cebu to drive merchant partnerships and grow the company’s footprint in the region. You will engage with partner retailers, train store staff, and promote PayJoy’s incentives and programs.

In this field-based role, you will visit stores, analyze performance, and coordinate campaigns to meet monthly targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications or similar.
• 1-2 years in Customer Service, Software Sales, mobile devices or Field sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to train partner personnel.
• Result-oriented with proactivity, organization and resilience.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills for store performance.
• Willingness to travel and have personal transport (car or motorcycle).

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and store activation targets by boosting merchant productivity.
• Maintain relationships with merchants and ensure continued sales with PayJoy.
• Visit stores to train sales teams and activate incentive campaigns.
• Develop strategies to increase sales in the assigned area through market analysis.
• Identify and contact new business partners and activate them.
• Keep customer database updated and prepare sales reports for management.
