PayJoy in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Representative to grow partner origination, train store teams, and drive field sales across the assigned territory. The role focuses on building relationships with retailers, expanding merchant presence, and achieving sales targets through visits to stores and kiosks.

The candidate should have 5-7 years in customer service or field sales in telecom, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a willingness to travel using their own transport.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, mobile devices or Field, in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships.
• Willingness to travel to visit stores and cover assigned areas with personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to train sales teams, promote marketing materials, and activate incentive campaigns.
• Increase merchant productivity and overall market share to meet monthly targets.
• Develop relationships with merchants to maintain healthy accounts and support conversions to PayJoy.
• Identify and contact new business partners and activate them upon authorization.
• Keep customer database updated and prepare sales reports for management.
