The ideal candidate has proven field sales experience in construction or industrial sectors, strong negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in field sales or a similar client-facing sales role in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently in the field.
• Knowledge of steel products, construction materials, or related industrial products desirable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings or evenings to meet client schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotations and proposals to clients.
