Job summary

JEA Steel Industries, Inc. in Agusan, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in our steel products through on-site client meetings and fieldwork.

You will identify projects, build contractor relationships, prepare quotations with internal teams, and close deals while regularly traveling to sites on a motorcycle. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, one year in sales, excellent communication skills, and a driver’s license to support

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify new construction projects and potential clients through fieldwork, lead generation, and industry networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project decision makers
• Sell and Promote company products, gather project leads, and close sales opportunities
• Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating order details with internal teams
• Monitor project progress and relay timely updates and client feedback
• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events
