Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an on-site sales professional with a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, or related fields. You will drive revenue through on-site visits, prepare proposals, and manage client inquiries.

Minimum 6–12 months of sales experience in building materials is required, with strong negotiation and service skills. A valid driver's license and ability to operate motorcycles and cars are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate motorcycles and cars.

Responsibilities

• Formulate effective sales strategies and establish clear performance targets.
• Perform on-site sales activities and client visits to drive revenue growth with existing and potential customers.
• Produce qualified sales prospects and maintain client engagement through calls or face-to-face meetings.
• Manage and address client queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Prepare and compile proposals and quotations for clients.
