Has basic understanding of the automotive industry, including sales operations and dealer processes.

Has strong presentation and communication skills (both oral and written).
Is well driven and has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Primary Responsibilities
The Field Sales Officer serves as the key link between UAAGI and its dealer network, maintaining strong relationships with dealer principals and other key positions.
The role is responsible for providing guidance, strategic support, and performance monitoring to help dealers consistently achieve their sales target and enhance overall sales quality.
Major Responsibilities
Conducts regular dealer visits and submits Field Visit Reports highlighting challenges, opportunities, and recommendations.
Gathers and monitors dealers' weekly and monthly sales activities and strategies.
Checks dealer compliance on key sales factors, including manpower, sales processes, and vehicle inventory.
Identifies urgent dealer concerns or high-risk areas and promptly escalates them to the concerned SDD department.
Provides inputs on retail sales forecasts per dealer based on current performance and market conditions.
Analyzes dealer sales funnel performance and recommends actions to improve or sustain target metrics.
Shares effective sales strategies and techniques to help dealers address sales process bottlenecks.
Coordinates with Order Planning & Logistics on shipment schedules, wholesale targets, and deliveries to update dealers on unit availability.
Aligns closely with Sales Planning for upcoming sales programs and promotional strategies to ensure timely communication with dealer key positions.
Regularly updates the immediate superior on task progress, dealer activities, and overall sales performance.
