Job summary

Union Galvasteel Corporation is seeking a field-oriented Sales Officer to generate sales, conduct product presentations, and develop new markets in the General Santos area. You will manage quotes, orders, and accounts while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have Civil Engineering education and 3–5+ years in sales, with industry familiarity and fieldwork experience. Travel to client sites and promotional activities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with the General Santos area is advantageous.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge in fieldwork and market audits with sales officers.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Identify new markets and accounts; monitor industry trends and project leads.
• Contribute to area budgeting and sales strategy to meet targets.
• Prepare accurate quotes and documentation per pricing and delivery policies.
• Monitor customer orders, inventory withdrawals and outstanding balances.
• Conduct regular site visits for sales, collections and brand promotion.
