Job summary

Bluesea Energy Technology Corp is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new business in the Central Business District in a full-time, on-site role. You will manage a defined sales territory, visit client sites, present offerings, and prepare proposals and quotations to close deals.

Use strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to convert leads, maintain CRM records, monitor market trends, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in energy, technology, industrial, or B2B solutions.
• Strong CRM, negotiation, and closing skills, with ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Ability to translate technical product information into clear, value-focused explanations.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites and identify new business opportunities within the defined territory.
• Present product and service offerings, conduct needs assessments, and prepare proposals/quotations.
• Follow up on leads to close deals and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and attend industry events when needed to achieve targets.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
