Job summary

The Italian Food Specialists, Inc. invites a driven Field Sales Executive to cultivate and expand our Cebu-Central Visayas market. You will manage existing accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market presence.

We're seeking a results-oriented communicator with at least 2 years in field sales or account management, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. Competitive incentives and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or account management, preferably in food & beverage.
• Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

The Italian Food Specialists, Inc.' is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities within Cebu- Central Visayas region. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and expanding our market presence in this key area.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for
