Zusammenfassung

JEA Steel Industries, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role offers opportunities to identify new construction projects, build relationships with contractors and developers, and promote premium light gauge steel solutions nationwide.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will conduct regular fieldwork, coordinate quotations with internal teams, and attend client meetings and site visits to close sales opportunities.

Qualifikationen

Graduate of any Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction-related course.
With or without experience in sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about sales
Proactive, persistent, and confident in pursuing leads and closing deals
Willing to conduct regular fieldwork in Ifugao/Nueva Vizcaya/Quirino.

Aufgaben

Identify new construction projects and potential clients through fieldwork, lead generation, and industry networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project decision-makers
Promote company products, gather project leads, and close sales opportunities
Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating order details with internal teams
Monitor project progress and relay timely updates and client feedback
Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events
