Job summary

CBK Hardware, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking Sales Executives to actively seek prospects, pursue sales opportunities, and close deals while presenting products and services to customers.

You will prepare technical presentations, discuss equipment needs, provide product training when needed, and collaborate with the sales team to meet quotas and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, or related courses (HS/College level applicants welcome).
• 2–3 years of proven field sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and handle fieldwork in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Actively looking for new business clients and Sales opportunities.
• Present, sell, negotiate, and introduce products/services to their identified lead base by utilizing different methods (telemarketing, social media selling, client visits) to achieve sales goals and quota.
• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the company's products or services to customers. Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers. Provide product training if necessary.
• Support the company's Sales goals and objectives by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by timely attending to concerns. Do client visits and set up meetings if necessary. Consolidate feedback/reviews of customers; and present to the Sales Manager for possible adjustment/resolution
• Collaborating with sales teams to achieve sales goals and to understand usual customer requirements/concerns/complaints as well as discussing effective sales techniques
