Billease in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Field Risk/Fraud Officer to identify, investigate, and mitigate risks across the Benguet sales area. This field-based role requires frequent on-site visits to stores, merchants, and residences to verify activities and ensure compliance with company standards.

You will collaborate with Sales, Merchant Fraud, and Compliance teams to prevent fraud, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigation, field audit, risk management, or sales operations is preferred.
• Background in financial services, lending, or fintech is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, investigate, and mitigate risks and fraudulent activities within the assigned sales area.
• Conduct on-ground verification visits for high-risk customers, merchants, or sales associates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchant Fraud, and Compliance teams to prevent fraud and manage investigations.
• Prepare investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
