Job summary

Billease is seeking a Sales Field Risk/Fraud Officer in the Philippines to identify, investigate, and mitigate risks across the assigned sales area. This field-based role requires frequent on-site visits to stores, merchants, sales associates, and customer residences.

You will collaborate with the Sales, Merchant Fraud, and Compliance teams to prevent fraud, document findings, and implement field-level corrective actions while maintaining the integrity of sales operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in criminology, risk mgmt, business, or related field.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate high-risk incidents or transactions within the assigned area.
• Analyze patterns indicating potential fraud or operational lapses.
• Perform on-ground validation for high-risk customers, merchants, or sales associates.
• Coordinate with barangay officials or local authorities for information validation.
• Conduct fraud investigations for suspicious cases involving sales associates, merchants, or customers.
• Verify customer, barangay, and area information for suspected fraud.
