Job summary

Billease is seeking a Sales Field Risk/Fraud Officer to identify, investigate, and mitigate risks across the assigned sales area. The role collaborates with Sales, Merchant Fraud, and Compliance teams to proactively prevent fraud and protect company assets during field operations.

This field-based position requires frequent on-site visits to stores, merchants, and customer residences, with investigations, verifications, and documentation conducted in the field. Willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminology, business administration, risk management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in fraud investigation, field audit, risk management, or sales operations.
• Background in financial services, lending, or fintech is an advantage.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Must be willing to travel and perform extensive fieldwork including store visits, residence checks, and area validation.

Responsibilities

• Risk Investigation and Analysis: Investigate high-risk incidents or transactions and analyze patterns indicating fraud or operational lapses.
• Fraud Investigation and Verification: Conduct investigations for suspicious cases and perform customer, barangay, and area verification visits.
• Risk Mitigation and Prevention: Recommend corrective actions and collaborate with Merchant Fraud Team to address alerts and red flags.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and maintain confidential records.
• Collaboration and Communication: Share findings with Sales leadership and assist in fraud awareness sessions.
