Job summary

Billease is hiring a Sales Field Risk/Fraud Officer in the Malabon area. This field-based role requires frequent on-site visits to stores, merchants, sales associates, and residences to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with risk standards.

You will work with Sales, Merchant Fraud, and Compliance teams to investigate high-risk incidents, validate complex cases, and implement corrective measures across the field operations. Travel is a key component of the role.

• Risk Investigation and Analysis: identify high-risk incidents and analyze trends.
• Fraud Investigation and Verification: conduct investigations for suspicious cases.
• Risk Mitigation and Prevention: recommend corrective actions and collaborate with teams.
• Reporting and Documentation: prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaboration and Communication: share insights with Sales and Compliance teams.
• Continuous Improvement: stay updated on fraud schemes and best practices.
• On-site fieldwork: travel to stores, merchants, and customer residences as needed.
