Job summary

IDLO - International Development Law Organization is seeking a Field Programme Coordinator to support the implementation of IDLO’s programme portfolio at the country level, including design, inception, implementation and closure, with attention to financial and quality compliance.

Under the supervision of the Country Manager, you will coordinate activities, monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely procurement and documentation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Political Science, Gender studies, or other relevant disciplines from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in a thematic area.
• Experience working with international organizations or large national organizations, Governance, or the Social Development sectors will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day programme implementation and delivery of activities in line with project design, delivery schedules, and IDLO processes and procedures.
• Support programme quality, compliance, monitoring, reporting, and documentation throughout the programme cycle.
• Engage with donors, UN agencies, government institutions and other stakeholders to plan and deliver programmatic activities.
