Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the strategic alignment, integration, and technical review of the Integrated Programming Framework (IPF) and annual plans in line with organizational strategy.

This remote, full-time role supports evidence-based decision-making and oversees the program lifecycle. You will be a member of the Operations Leadership Team, providing data-driven insights, monitoring quality, managing budgets, and guiding the Programme Integration

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management across education, development, health, climate and DRR.
• Strong knowledge of Transformational Development and Programme Integration.
• Experience with NGOs/INGOs or mission-driven institutions.
• Experience developing partnerships with civil society, government agencies, donors.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic alignment, integration, and technical review of the Integrated Programming Framework (IPF) and annual business and operational plans.
• Serve as a member of the Operations Leadership Team, providing data, technical insights, and risk assessments to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Establish systems to monitor program quality and performance while streamlining processes and resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Direct the end-to-end program lifecycle, from program design and budget assessment through impact measurement and sustainability.
• Champion the organization's mission, values, and Transformational Development principles across integrated programming and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure quality, accountability, and technical standards across programs and projects.
• Manage team budgets to promote fiscal efficiency, organizational compliance, and programmatic impact.
• Lead the Programme Integration team, ensuring timely and high-quality technical inputs for project ideation, pipeline planning, and proposal development.
• Provide management oversight and performance leadership to Technical Advisors, including coaching, mentoring, accountability, and professional development.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with INGOs, government organizations, donors, multilateral agencies, LGUs, and community networks to support resource mobilization, advocacy, and development initiatives.

Lead the strategic alignment, integration, and technical review of the Integrated Programming Framework (IPF) while developing annual business and operational plans aligned with organizational strategy, partnership priorities, and global standards. Provide strategic insights, risk assessments, and technical leadership to support evidence-based decision-making and oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle from design and budgeting through impact measurement and sustainability.

About You

• 10+ years of experience in program management across education, economic development, health and nutrition, climate change and DRR, grants, advocacy, or related development programs.

• Strong knowledge of Transformational Development, Programme Integration, and organizational standards and policies.

• Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, development organizations, humanitarian organizations, or other mission-driven institutions.

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing partnerships with civil society organizations, government agencies, LGUs, donors, and other stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead program and project integration across multiple technical areas and teams.

• Strong capabilities in strategic program analysis, reporting, briefing notes, and program management.

• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, including performance management, coaching, and team development.

• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and technical writing skills.

• Strong strategic thinking, innovation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Collaborative, self-reliant, and results-oriented, with the ability to remain composed while managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
