Job summary

Qoala is seeking a Partnership Associate to activate, engage, monitor, and train the stores of our retail partners. You will work closely with the Partnership Manager to analyze and execute on the partner strategy.

Responsibilities include setting targets, analyzing key drivers of GWP, supporting partners at store level, and training teams to improve performance across regions such as Laguna and Central Visayas. Prior experience in gadget and retail sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must build great relationships with dealers in the opening area (Laguna or Central Visayas).
• Experience in Electronic Gadget Sales desired.
• Experience in Retail Sales required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and drive key drivers of GWP and take strategic action.
• Support partners at store level to meet Qoala requirements.
• Monitor high-attachment rate stores and identify drivers.

• Set GWP Target and drive achievement from Store Partners with PM.
• Analyze Key Drivers of GWP and Take Strategic Action.
• Support Partner on store-level.
• Monitor high-attachment rate stores and understand drivers
• Engage & Train low-attachment rate stores.
• Liase with Retail Partner in order to fulfill all internal Qoala requirements with Partnership Manager.

Requirements

• Have a great relationships with dealer in the opening area (Laguna or Central Visayas)
