Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd, a fast-growing consumer FinTech group, seeks a Field Sales/Account Leader in Misamis Occidental, Philippines. You will build retailer networks and drive profitable relationships through distribution channels and networks.

You will manage a team of at least five, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate across marketing, compliance, risk, data, product, and finance to drive growth. Travel and field activity are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of field sales, field operations, or territory management experience.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, retail, or FMCG highly preferred.
• Owns or has regular access to a motorcycle or car (car preferred) for field activities.
• Has experience managing a team of at least five direct reports.
• Resides within or near the assigned territory or is willing to relocate/travel as required, must be in Misamis Occidental

Responsibilities

• Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable commercial relationships with retailers.
• Build a portfolio of retailers across categories to develop long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms and contracts that create sustainable value for the Company, retailers and consumers.
• Be accountable for retailer activity and onboarding journey.
• Establish a proactive account management strategy to drive growth and retention.
• Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers to show value.
• Hire, train, manage and mentor a team of sales staff.
• Suggest product enhancements and go-to-market strategies based on data and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, risk, data/analysis, product, technology, finance, legal and operations.
