Job summary

Action Against Hunger in the Philippines seeks a Project Officer to support the Head of Project in planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring cash transfer programming across all areas of operation. You will implement and supervise technical field activities in collaboration with beneficiary communities, partners, and other technical departments of Action Against Hunger.

Responsibilities include planning, community mobilization, monitoring, reporting, and data management to ensure timely

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field with project experience preferred.
2–3 years of professional experience with I/NGOs or donor-funded humanitarian programs.
Experience in cash-based programming and Sphere standards is an advantage.
Excellent English and Filipino language skills.
Ability to mobilize communities and coordinate with LGUs and partners.

Responsibilities

Assist Head of Project in planning and implementing cash transfer activities.
Mobilize communities in activity design, implementation, and monitoring.
Lead data gathering, surveys, and reporting for progress and evaluations.
Coordinate with LGUs, partners, and internal teams to ensure quality delivery.
Ensure timely uploads of project documentation and compliance with safeguarding policies.
