Job summary

Action Against Hunger Philippines seeks a Pooling: Field Officer (Health) to supervise, coordinate and implement health and nutrition activities at municipal and barangay levels under a 3-month contract.

You will work with LGUs, RHUs, BHUs and community partners to deliver health services and child health initiatives, while preparing work plans and reports. Proficiency in English/Filipino and allied health background are essential.

Qualifications

• Allied Health diploma with knowledge of primary health care and public health.
• Experience in community-based health initiatives and reporting is required.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is expected.
• Competence in health data collection and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal person coordinating with LGU, RHU, BHU, MSWDO and community partners.
• Prepare work plan, regular reports, capitalization reports for consolidation by Head of Project.
• Provide field-based health and nutrition support and implement project components.
