Job summary

Acciona S.A. Philippines seeks a Project Officer (Community Development) to lead community engagement, coordinate field logistics, assist in procurement, and oversee SHS deployment with quality and on-time delivery.

You will build partnerships with barangay and municipal offices, NGOs, and civil society, support needs assessments, planning, and reporting, and help prepare proposals and communications materials for project scale-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Engineering, Project Management, social sciences, or related field.
• Strong project implementation, monitoring, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community engagement activities, including consultations, meetings, trainings, workshops, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support logistics, procurement, inventory, and safekeeping of project equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate SHS transport, distribution, and installation requirements.
• Assist in design, procurement, and onboarding of local entrepreneur for Users Assistance Center.
• Build partnerships with local government units, NGOs, and civil society organizations.
• Support needs assessments, planning, and proposal development for project scaling.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain project documentation.
• Safeguard and manage project funds, assets, and records.
