Job summary

This role requires a valid driver's license and a motorcycle for fieldwork, plus the ability to report progress regularly and meet sales targets in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients including business owners and employed individuals.
• Promote RECOL loan products to clients and persuade them to apply.
• Meet sales targets and expand the loan portfolio.
• Develop and implement initiatives to reach potential clients through meetings, presentations, and other activities.
• Showcase RECOL product features and benefits to clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients.
• Ensure that all loan applications are complete and accurate.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle for fieldwork.
• Submit regular reports and updates on activities and progress.
