McDonald’s Philippines is seeking a marketing professional to oversee local marketing initiatives for stores, monitor sales strategies, and promote the brand through community partnerships.

You will visit restaurants to reinforce brand platforms and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement, ideally residing in Cagayan De Oro or Davao for local presence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
• Proficient in MS365 and strong communication skills.
• Ideally resides in Cagayan De Oro or Davao.

• Local Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the execution of Marketing and Channels activities and strategies for McDonald's stores.
• Sales Monitoring: Evaluates sales building plans, creates new strategies, and builds opportunities of assigned areas to meet sales targets through marketing promotions and community relations.
• Brand Promotion: Develop brand awareness to the community by utilizing Marketing platforms and activities through restaurant execution and local community partnerships.
• Restaurant Support: Conducts regular site visits to reinforce proper procedures and details for all Marketing platforms.
• Stakeholder & Network Building: Builds and maintains a working relationship with the team, restaurants, departments, local communities and other service providers to drive smooth execution of projects and marketing initiatives

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related course.
• With at least 1 years of experience in marketing or sales
• Proficient in MS365 and with strong communication skills
• Ideally resides in Cagayan De Oro or Davao
