McDonald’s Philippines is seeking a marketing professional to oversee local marketing initiatives for stores, monitor sales strategies, and promote the brand through community partnerships.

You will visit restaurants to reinforce brand platforms and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement, ideally residing in Cagayan De Oro or Davao for local presence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
• Proficient in MS365 and strong communication skills.
• Ideally resides in Cagayan De Oro or Davao.

Mansioni

• Oversee the execution of Local Marketing Initiatives for McDonald's stores.
• Evaluate sales building plans and create strategies to meet targets via promotions and community relations.
• Develop brand awareness through marketing platforms and local partnerships.
• Conduct regular site visits to reinforce procedures for Marketing platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with teams, restaurants, departments, communities and service providers to drive project execution.
