McDonald’s Philippines (Golden Arches Development Corporation) is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting and performance reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and ensure financial targets are met across the organization.

The role focuses on risk assessment, consolidation of financial performance, and delivering data-driven insights to senior management, enabling informed expansion decisions in a dynamic retail

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred but not required.
• At least five years in financial analysis, FP&A, planning and budgeting, or management reporting.
• Proficient in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills to translate insights into data-driven decisions.

What you will do:

• Financial Analysis & Evaluation: Leads and conducts financial analysis to evaluate relevant business performance and support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
• Risk Assessment: Identifies business risks and growth opportunities and recommended actions that support and drive business results.
• Financial Performance Consolidation: Consolidates and assesses company financial performance in alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
• Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Analyzes financial and operational data, identify trends and variances, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Cross-Functional Business Partnership: Collaborates with key stakeholders to support expansion plans, investment decisions, and strategic growth initiatives, provides financial expertise to relevant teams, and participates in strategic special projects.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred but not required
• With at least five years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business advisory, planning and budgeting, or management reporting.
• Proficient in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and financial modeling
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills, with the ability to translate business insights to drive data-driven decisions
