Job summary

McDonald’s Philippines is seeking a seasoned Franchise Recruitment lead to help grow our franchise network. You will promote franchise opportunities, co-lead information sessions, and guide prospective franchisees through program requirements and expectations.

In this role, you’ll assess applicants, validate qualifications, coordinate onboarding, and manage ownership transitions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and ensure franchisee viability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in franchising, business development, sales, or franchise recruitment.
• Strong experience in applicant screening, stakeholder management, and business relationship building.
• Good understanding of financial statements and franchise business models to assess franchisee viability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Franchise Recruitment: Promote the McDonald's franchise opportunity, co-lead information sessions, and engage prospective franchisees by providing clear guidance on program requirements and expectations.
• Applicant Assessment: Manage the evaluation process by conducting interviews, reviewing applications, performing due diligence, and assessing candidates' suitability for franchise ownership.
• Franchisee Qualification: Partner with internal teams and external providers to validate applicant qualifications, coordinate onboarding activities, and facilitate On-the-Job Evaluation (OJE) experiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Registered Applicants (REGAPs), ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of franchising-related concerns.
• Pipeline Development: Support franchise growth through market visits, recruitment events, networking activities, and the continuous enhancement of franchising materials and programs.
