The ideal candidate is a business graduate, with or without sales experience, familiar with the local branch community and willing to perform field work about 95% of the time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree in business-related disciplines (Finance/Management/Economics).
• Sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong sales acumen are welcome.
• Familiar with the branch community, markets, and local networks.
• Willing to perform field work about 95% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, solicits and maintains desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
• Implements marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
• Gathers, assesses and validates loan documentary requirements and information for credit evaluation.
• Assesses funding structures suitable to clients' needs.
• Monitors and services accounts to maintain loan portfolio quality.
• Suggests improvements to lending policies and guidelines.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervising Business Manager.
