Job summary

Powerserve Marketing and Promotions Corp. is seeking an Employee Management Specialist or HR Coordinator to support onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, and exit processes across field assignments.

The role requires a 4-year degree, proven HR Generalist experience, and willingness to travel or work onsite in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. You will ensure compliant documentation, timely responses to inquiries, and effective coordination with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• With experience as HR Generalist.
• Preferably residing in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
• Amenable for field work as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support and new hire documentation.
• Monitor employee movements, concerns and performance; liaison to resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate attendance and timecard submission; coordinate manpower coverage.
• Support incident reports, NTEs and NODs; collect explanations for administrative cases.
• Assist with exit interviews, clearance and final pay release.
