Job summary

Thaison Builder and Developer Inc. is seeking a proactive Field Engineer with strong experience in precast construction to supervise on-site activities and ensure installation quality.

You will coordinate with precast suppliers, lifting teams, and site supervisors while reviewing shop drawings and monitoring progress to meet timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Precast Construction (installation, lifting, handling, alignment, QC).
• At least 2 years of site engineering experience (precast‑intensive projects preferred).
• Strong understanding of structural drawings and precast shop drawings.
• Excellent coordination, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on‑site.
• PRC Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
