Job summary

FILFIRST CONCRETE INNOVATIONS INC is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to support fabrication, delivery tracking, and reporting for precast projects. You will coordinate with Marketing and Engineering, prepare subcontractor orders, and manage site records.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (board passer preferred), strong numerical ability, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office. You may work in office, plant, and project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (board passer preferred).
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and numbers.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings; AutoCAD preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily fabrication and delivery status and weekly production reports for precast and PT products.
• Prepare subcontractors fabrication orders and certificates for payment each billing period.
• Monitor CIS, fabrication and delivery orders from Marketing and Engineering.
• Update stockpile records and material estimates for plant consumption.
• Encode documents/reports submitted by engineers at site and file them properly.

• Prepares daily fabrication and delivery status and weekly production/accomplishment reports for precast and pt products
• Prepares subcontractors fabrication order prior to fabrication and certificate for payment every billing period of the subcontractors
• Monitoring of contract information sheet (CIS), fabrication and delivery orders from Marketing and Engineering Departments
• Updating records of stock piles at plant
• Estimates of reinforcing bars and other materials for plant material consumption
• Encoding of other documents/reports submitted by other engineers at site
• Filing of documents on its designated folder
