Job summary

Nike Store Partners Philippines is seeking a Stores District Manager to lead and inspire store teams across partner and mono-brand stores, driving strategy and profitability. You will develop territory plans, own fleet reviews, elevate service standards, collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Real Estate, Store Operations, and Nike Athlete Experience, and travel 3-4 days a week outside the office.

• Masters or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years' experience in retail.
• District/Area management experience preferred.
• Retail acumen and understanding of today's retail landscape.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, drive, coach, and inspire store teams.
• Manage portfolio of Partner and mono-brand stores in Philippines and drive strategy and profitability.
• Develop territory plans, own Fleet Review Process, and create action plans to accelerate strategy.
• Drive service offense in stores with foundational and new services in collaboration with store ops, training and brand.
• Analyze marketplace and fleet performance; provide weekly updates to geography teams and partners.
• Partner across functions to support company strategy and seasonal readiness for the fleet.
