• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
• Role requires 80–90% travel, across stores and geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire store teams.
• Manage Partner and mono-brand stores in Philippines, ensuring strategy execution and profitability.
• Develop and implement plans to elevate Nike stores aligned to territory priorities.
• Drive service excellence across stores in partnership with operations, training and brand teams.
• Analyze marketplace and fleet performance; provide weekly updates to geography teams and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company strategy and seasonal readiness.
