First Circle is expanding its Collections Team and seeks a Field Collector or Skip Tracer to manage late-stage accounts. You will perform desk collections via client calls and coordinate with internal teams to drive recovery and reduce delinquency.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with external stakeholders, proactive account management, and meeting productivity goals within a high-growth FinTech environment in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Amenable to 5x RTO work setup in BGC Taguig.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Account Management: Oversee M2+ delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt and optimize recovery.
• Outreach & Follow-Up: Conduct regular calls and follow-ups to maintain continuous client contact.
• Negotiation & Monitoring: Secure payment arrangements and Promises to Pay (PTPs), while actively monitoring compliance.
• Documentation & Coordination: Keep account records up to date and collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet established collection, recovery, and productivity goals.
