Job summary

Cash-Express Philippines Financing Inc. is seeking a Field Collections Supervisor to lead a team in conducting field collections and quality checks.

You will negotiate payments during field visits and ensure adherence to SEC guidelines and company policies, while maintaining accurate records and providing customer solutions. The role requires a professional driver with own vehicle, familiarity with Luzon routes, and the ability to train and review performance monthly.

• Executes collection actions on traced accounts per workflow guidelines.
• Contacts delinquent customers via calls or field visits to negotiate payments.
• Recommends accounts for escalation (field visits, legal, etc.) per guidelines.
• Provides solutions to customers facing financial difficulties.
• Updates client information accurately and promptly.

• Engages in area saturation for accounts with positive payment potential

• Executes collection actions on traced accounts per workflow guidelines

• Contacts delinquent customers via calls or field visits to negotiate payments

• Recommends accounts for escalation (field visits, legal, etc.) per guidelines

• Provides solutions to customers facing financial difficulties

• Updates client information (phone, address, employer, etc.) accurately and promptly

About you

• Professional driver's license required

• Own motor vehicle required (insurance, gas, parking, and other allowances provided by company)

• Familiar with Luzon (NCR, CAMANAVA, CALABARZON) routes

• Experience in field collecting

• Familiar with SEC guidelines

• Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct

• Ability to attend mandatory training and monthly performance reviews

• Ability to maintain accurate collection records in the system

• Ability to meet and improve performance targets (KPIs)
